NoData Transparency changes the NoData values of a legend from an opaque to a transparent color or vice versa.

• The themes which transparencies shall be changed must be active.
• There is no security check and the changes are not saved in the backup file (undo with Legend Restore is not possible). To undo the changes just call this function again.
